UK orders
For UK deliveries, we ship our products using Yodel.
A fully tracked, secure service. Yodel's delivery times are between 7am and 9pm on Monday to Friday as well as between 7am and 9pm on Saturdays in mainland UK.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them, usually any orders received before 1pm will be dispatched same day. However please allow 1-2 days during busy periods. You will receive an email when we dispatch your order with the tracking details.
Yodel will send you an email / text message with full tracking information once we dispatch your item, please ensure that if you want to be kept updated with your parcel.

Of course, Yodel become very busy on the run up to Christmas so to guarantee delivery for Christmas order before Wednesday 20th December before 1pm
For delivery for Christmas Jumper Day, which this year is Thursday 7th December 2023, we recommend ordering by Monday 4th December 2023

Christmas Jumper Day 2023 is on Thursday 7th December 2023. We expect the week in the run up to Christmas Jumper Day to be busy so please allow plenty of time to receive your item if you are hoping to wear it on the day.
Here are some suggested last order dates to receive your jumper in time:

DPD Next Day & DPD Next Day Pre 12PM: Tuesday 5th December by 1pm
