We ship all UK orders using Yodel or DPD, providing a fully tracked and secure delivery service so you can shop with confidence.

Dispatch Times

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

• Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not be dispatched until Monday, regardless of the delivery service selected.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them.

• Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.

• During busy periods, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Options

Yodel Standard Delivery

• Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• Yodel delivers between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday, across mainland UK.

• You’ll receive full tracking updates by email or text once your parcel is on its way.

DPD Next Day Delivery

• Aims for next working day delivery after dispatch.

• Deliveries are typically made between 7am and 10pm for residential addresses.

• DPD provides a one-hour delivery window notification via email or text, allowing you to plan your day with ease.

• Full tracking information is available through DPD’s online tracking service or app.

Tracking & Notifications

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.

• Yodel or DPD will contact you directly via email or text message with full tracking details and delivery updates.

• Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout to receive these notifications.

For delivery for Christmas Jumper Day, which this year is Thursday 11th December 2025, we recommend ordering by Friday 5th December 2025
